Meet Our Team

Amanda Pasket graduated with a BFA in Graphic Design from Upper Iowa University. Passionate about providing opportunities for growth and development, Amanda is currently enrolled at UIU in the MBA program for Organizational Development. As a graphic designer for more than twenty years, Amanda provides entrepreneurs, businesses, and nonprofits with guidance on how to best visualize and communicate their brand’s messages.

Josh Hennessee is a recent graduate from Northeast Iowa Community College with a degree as a Veterinary Technician. He also has a background in mechanical engineering, business, finance, and marketing. Josh is passionate about art, design, and has a high level of empathy which is responsible for his excellent level of customer service and support.

Haylie Smith is a current student at Upper Iowa University working toward a double-major in graphic design and marketing. Haylie began at The Visual Element as an intern and continues to provide design and marketing services while attending school.

Devin Green been in the field of graphic and web design for over 12 years. He’s had the honor to work for many clients around the world. His goal is always to help clients achieve their goals and make the world a better place through branding, UI/UX, and beautiful design.

Lisa Leuck, founder of Read to Lead LLC, is a John C. Maxwell certified speaker, trainer, and coach. She is also a library director and state certified teacher and tutor with a degree in Journalism and Mass Communication. She is passionate about working with others to help them reach their life and leadership goals, at any age.
